Historical Villa "Ludwigslust" / Neckarhalde 56 Tübingen

In the basement and ground floor of the Wilhelminian style villa, our guests have six apartments at their disposal in a location close to the city (7 minutes walk to Tübingen's old town). The very bright holiday flats 1+2 are in the basement, the holiday flats 3-6 in the ground floor of the Tübinger Gründerzeitvilla (built 1888).

Towels and bed linen are provided. WLAN and TV available. Minimum overnight stay: 2 nights.

Location: The house is located at the edge of the old town of Tübingen, approx. 7 minutes on foot from the market place, Evangelische Stift and Hölderlin tower. The Wilhelmstraße with the Neue Aula and the buildings of the university and the Tübingen Klinikum Tal are about 15 minutes' walk away. The large Tübingen outdoor swimming pool and the historic indoor bath "Uhlandbad" can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, an adventure playground for children in 5 minutes on foot.

A bus stop is approx. 70 metres away, the Tübingen main station is approx. 1 km away. You reach the B28 by car in 500 meters, the B27 after about 2 km. The airport in Stuttgart can be reached by car in 25 minutes and by bus directly from Tübingen main station in about 50 minutes.

The neighbouring Kaffeekränzle offers baked goods and various breakfast creations. From 3 overnight stays each guest receives a breakfast voucher for the neighbouring "Kaffeekränzle".
